Run Networks is a Google Ads automation tool built by our team in Omaha to help our clients keep their ad campaigns running smoothly without the manual busywork. If you landed here after signing in with Google, it’s because you (or someone on your team) connected a Google Ads account to Run Networks.

What the app does

Run Networks connects to a Google Ads account and automates the routine work of managing campaigns: pulling performance data, checking budgets and bids, flagging issues that need a person’s attention, and syncing that information into our internal reporting tools. The goal is simple: fewer manual logins, faster answers about how campaigns are performing, and more time spent on strategy instead of spreadsheets.

Specifically, the app can:

• Read campaign, ad group, and performance data from a connected Google Ads account
• Sync that data into our internal reporting and account management systems, so our team has current, accurate information without asking clients for manual exports
• Automate routine account checks and alerts, so problems like a paused campaign or a budget about to run out get caught quickly

Why we ask for access to your Google Ads data

When you connect an account, Google asks you to approve specific permissions. Run Networks only requests Google Ads scopes, nothing broader, because that’s the only data the app needs to do its job. We don’t request access to email, files, calendars, or any other Google service through this app.

Here’s exactly why we need it, and what we do with it:

• We use Google Ads data to manage and report on the campaigns a client has asked us to manage, on their behalf.
• We don’t sell this data, share it with third parties, or use it for anything outside the scope of the work a client has engaged Run Networks to do.
• Only authorized Run Networks team members working on that account can access the data.

How we protect your data

We treat Google Ads data the same way we treat everything else clients trust us with: least-privilege access, encrypted storage, and controls aligned to recognized security frameworks like NIST and the CIS Controls. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account’s connected apps settings.
