Alex has helped me the last three days with an issue I was having trying to open and complete an agreement through docusign which was sent to me by a company in Wellington, Florida where I am living now. He went above and beyond trying to help resolve the issue and never gave up. He even called the Customer Service rep who was trying to send it to me to discuss the situation and problem solve. FINALLY, we were able to figure out an alternative and we were successful in getting the document back to the service provider. This is the kind of service we receive from this company.
